Balsamic Chicken


6 oz Chicken (Breast or strips)
1⁄2 clv Garlic (minced)
1 T Rosemary Leaves (chopped)
1 T Olive Oil (Extra virgin)
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper (to taste)


Combine garlic, rosemary, black pepper and salt. Mix with the olive oil. Rub the outside of the chicken with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Yield: 1 Serving
