Egg and Veggie Salad


3 Eggs (Hard-boiled, peeled and chopped)
2 T Celery (mined)
1⁄2 Scallion (sliced)
1 T Dill (fresh and chopped)
1⁄2 T Mayonnaise
1⁄2 t Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper (to taste)


Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Served chilled.

Yield: 1 serving
